Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Tenvo at gettenvo.com, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Tenvo.
2. Your account
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password safe. You’re responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use Tenvo.
3. Free trial and subscription
- New accounts get a 14-day free trial with all features. No card is needed to start.
- After the trial, a paid subscription (monthly or yearly) is needed to keep using Tenvo. Prices are shown on our website and in the app and may vary by country.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time, and you’ll keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
- If we change our prices, we’ll tell you in advance, and the new price will apply from your next billing period.
4. Your data
You own the data you put into Tenvo. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can provide the service to you. You can export your data as CSV at any time.
5. Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse Tenvo. That includes trying to access other people’s accounts or data, disrupting or overloading the service, reverse engineering it, or using it for anything illegal.
6. Not financial advice
Tenvo is a tool for tracking and organising your own money. Figures such as “safe to spend”, budgets and savings plans are calculated from the information you enter and are for guidance only. They are not financial, tax or investment advice. Always check important decisions yourself.
7. Availability
We work hard to keep Tenvo running smoothly, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change or improve features over time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Tenvo is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from decisions you make based on the app. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending your account
You can stop using Tenvo and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we’ll notify you in the app or by email before they take effect.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
